Day Trip to Boulder Creek Falls (Ages 10-14)

SATURDAY, JUNE 28TH • 10AM-3PM | Join us for a fun and challenging day-trip hike to Boulder Creek Falls in Whiskeytown! Ages 10-14 welcome. This is an intermediate hiking challenge for returning participants or new academy hikers looking for a challenge. 💪

Session Theme: "The Faith Challenge" -- the boys will talk about what it means to choose faith -- that it's not a fruit of the spirit because it's up to US to make the choice to choose faith in the face of challenges. All games and activities will have to do with this topic.

Hike Details:

• 5-hour day trip

• The boys will hike a moderate to advanced terrain of 5.3 miles in total, with 1,000 ft elevation gain (Summit Seeker hikes are usually 2-3 miles on moderate terrain. That's why this hike is for returning hikers or new hikers wanting a challenge.)

• The hike is themed for the boys to experience God while exploring the outdoors! All our games and activities will tie into this theme.

• Boys will be asked to bring a backpack with water & lunch. 

• TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED 

 Local Drop-off/Pick-up:  Drop-off/pickup will be outside the Shasta Mall on Hilltop Drive near the Ninja Gym. We will drive in our bus (with seatbelts) to the hike's destination and back.
