We are a faith-based leadership academy looking to bring on inspiring, outgoing, fun leaders who love the Lord. Which of these leadership qualities do you possess? Select as many as apply to you:
What spiritual gifts do you feel like you possess?

For this section, please choose the answer that most closely describes you in these 10 areas:

1) Accountability
I am a man/woman of my word. I am accountable and what I say, I do
I am pretty good with accountability, but sometimes things fall through the cracks
If I'm being honest, accountability is an area of growth for me.
2) Boundaries
I have boundaries, I know how to set them, I'm not afraid to have hard conversations even if it's sometimes uncomfortable.
I am pretty good with setting boundaries. I have some strong boundaries in some areas of my life, but need more boundaries in others.
I am not the best with boundaries and would say this is an area of growth.
3) Work Ethic
I would describe myself as a hard worker. I like to get things done and doing things well. I sometimes even go above and beyond whats required of me to help my boss, parents, family or team.
I work hard, but sometimes I struggle to complete tasks and find motivation and focus. Focus and discipline take effort, but I do it.
I really push myself to accomplish hard things, and I would say this is an area of growth for me.
4) Group Dynamics & Teamwork
I am self-aware and try always to bring something good to a group or a team. I often find myself taking charge or leading a group, but I also know how to support and let others shine.
I am a great team player and love being part of a team. I don't always take charge, but I step in if I need to. I like when others make the big decisions. I am a great supporter.
I often struggle with feeling comfortable in a group. The way I lead and do things is different than other people's and I would say this is an area of growth for me.
5) Goal Setting
I am a motivated person with lots of goals. I set goals for myself often and work hard to go after them. I have accomplished most of the last few goals I set for myself.
I am pretty good at going after my goals. I could probably set more goals for myself or go harder after the ones I already have, but overall I feel like I'm moving forward in my life.
I don't love goal-setting and I often either get distracted or discouraged from going after my goals and would say this is an area of growth for me.
6) Relationships
I have strong, healthy relationships and friendships in my life. I feel connected to people who share my values and interests, and I pursue those connections.
I have a few close friends that I spend a lot of time with. My relationships are pretty healthy, but not perfect.
I don't have a lot of people around me at the moment that I feel super connected to, but I would love that and would say this is an area of growth for me.
7) Self-Worth & Love
I have a strong sense of purpose and identity in my life. I feel comfortable being myself in any group or situation because I know myself and I know how God made me, and my confidence comes from this.
I am pretty confident, but I'd like to feel more free to be myself in any room or group. For the most part I let people see me after some time of getting comfortable.
I am learning to accept and love myself, and even though inside I know I'm worthy, this is an area of growth for me.
8) Purity
Purity is a strong value of mine. I am committed to the Lord to walking in sexual purity. I also watch what I say and do my best to stay away from worldly influences in the media, music and groups I spend time with.
I definitely have purity in mind, but I'm not perfect in my walk. If I mess up though, I get right back on the path with the Lord to seek him instead of worldly pleasures.
In all transparency and vulnerability, I'm often drawn to worldly things and struggle sometimes with my purity. This is an area of growth for me.
9) Relationship With God
My relationship with God is really strong and goes really deep. I read my Bible often and talk with God a lot.
My relationship with God is strong, but I would like to spend more time with Him and read my Bible more.
My relationship with God could definitely be stronger. There are times when I'm really good at being consistent with Him, and sometimes when I'm not pursuing Him much at all.
10) Emotions & Needs
I'm good at identifying my emotions, even if it takes some processing, and know how to put into words my needs when things come up. I have pretty good self-control.
My emotions are big and loud. When I feel something, everyone around me feels it too because I let them know. I'm working on self-control and learning to verbalize my needs instead of acting out of my emotions.
I feel things deeply and it takes me a while to be able to put words to my emotions and needs. I'm an internal processor and need time and space to process.
I am not so in touch with my emotions or needs. It's something I would like to grow in.
