CLICK TO VIEW: Learning to identify needs and boundaries and making powerful decisions with those two things in mind.

What's Happening:
The boys learn about boundaries by observing the Shasta Dam. They study the 'yes' and 'no' side of the dam and learn that making boundaries creates energy & power. They talk about a situation that has annoyed or frustrated them. They learn how to verbalize needs that come out of big emotions. They play a water fight game with the idea that setting boundaries and 'getting boundaries all over someone' can be fun!
Bring/Wear:
PLEASE HIKE IN SWIM SHORTS & BRING A TOWEL!
• Bring water, and a lunch. Wear good hiking shoes.
• We recommend you put on sunblock prior to the session, but if you bring some along we can help with that at the swim spot.
Drop-off & Pick-Up:
Drop-off is at our bus stop outside of Ninja Coalition. (Google Maps link)
PICKUP IS DOWNTOWN REDDING
Churn Creek and Hilltop will be closed at 6:30PM due to Kool April Nites. Pick up will be downtown Redding near our house where there are no blockades. Please meet us there at the end of the night!
