Fall 2025 Enrollment

Parents, please plan on meeting us at the local Hilltop bus stop a few minutes before drop off for our season launch info meeting where you will hear about the upcoming season, our policies, where to find helpful weekly info, and more! We also bless the boys as they head off to their first adventure!

2025 Pricing Schedule: Sessions are $38.50 each and billed in 5 installments, plus a $20 registration fee. Down payments of $112 (or $97 with early bird) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Autopay is set at $92 per month for 4 months.

• The first installment of $92 will be charged 30 days prior to the close of registration, and each remaining payment of $92 will be charged on the 15th of the month for a total of 4 payments.

• Upon registering, you will be asked to make a down payment to reserve your place in the group. This down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Please note: depending on the day you register, you may be billed during a month when sessions are not happening yet, or your last payment will be billed a few weeks after sessions have ended.

• Participants who have be automatically enrolled in autopay in advance of a season may cancel their enrollment any time up until 30 days before the close of registration. Any payments made up until this time will be refunded in full, however, the initial down payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

The down payment toward enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

There are no refunds or partial refunds for missed sessions or drop-outs. Your down payment is non-refundable. If you will not be participating in the season ahead, you will not be billed for the monthly payments if notice is given 30 days prior to the start of registration closing.

Please note: If no notice is given, since plans are set up 30 days prior to the close of registration for the season ahead, you are committing to pay for the full season, regardless of attendance. Please take your registration seriously and plan to come if you pay!

We do not tolerate bullying, name-calling, cliques, or violent behavior of any kind.

While we are here to help your child steward the good seeds you're planting at home, we are not equipped or obligated to deal with unchecked poor behavior that damages group dynamics. When, on occasion, conflicts arise between participants or we address misbehavior, we expect participants to work on actively correcting their behavior and improving the dynamic they create in the group.

Participants who are not willing to correct behavior and who continue to violate our rules after being reminded not to hurt others will be asked to leave the group and no refund or cancellation payments will be given.

You may cancel your reservation for a local drop-in event for a full refund up until 2 weeks before the date of the event. Cancellations made within 2 weeks leading up to the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
