We are here to reinforce the values and principles your kids are learning from you at home and hearing about at church and youth group. We are not 'school' or 'church' so we have the unique opportunity to make faith feel relevant and alive in your child's everyday life. Groups are small as well, so leaders have the chance to pour into each life in a deep and personal way. Each child who attends our programs is seen, known by name, and called out in their God-given identity as they are equipped with practical faith-tools that will serve them for a lifetime.

We don't just preach or teach. We engage your child's creativity, imagination and senses in our outdoor activities and fun games. Our activities are designed to create fun memories in your child's heart so that faith is something they can touch and personalize, rather than something they hear about and hope to understand.

For example, in our 'Boundaries & Making Powerful Decisions' session, we take the kids to the Shasta Dam and talk about how the dam is a huge boundary that says 'no' to a lot of water and 'yes' to a little bit of water, which then goes through a turbine to create energy – and that it's the same with boundaries. We say no to a lot so that our yes is powerful and creates energy in our life. We talk about how God has boundaries too, and the kids have to try to identify how many boundaries they can see around them (ie: gravity, time, signs, etc.). Then we read a scripture and tell them that God says that the ONLY way someone gets into the Kingdom of Heaven is through Jesus, and that this is a HUGE boundary. We end the session by having the kids ask Holy Spirit where they need to have better boundaries in their life. This is just one session of hundreds we have!

We can see a marked change in the attitude, behavior, confidence and joy that each child has when they attend our program. Parents often give us feedback that their child seems 'more free' and 'loving' after having done our programs. And even beyond this, we have been witnesses of God's miracle-working power showing up to deeply transform the lives of our participants. Time and time again, our participants have experienced healing miracles in their physical bodies, in their endurance, in their emotions and in their self-worth and confidence. While we would like to say this is a result of our curriculum, we understand that at some point, it is only through Jesus that one obtains true freedom – and we are humbled and ecstatic that our ministry allows the Lord to move powerfully in the lives of children.

After each 3-hour session, our leaders take the time to reflect on the conversations they had with your child and they ask the Holy Spirit to highlight words of encouragement and affirmation that will help to further plant seeds of faith in your child's heart. These letters are digitized and posted on the group dashboards weekly where the kids can see it, along with a cool photo gallery of each session. Dashboards update weekly with details for each upcoming adventure so that parents and children are always prepared for what we're doing!
