Jesus the Victorious

What's Happening:

In this session, the group talks about the ultimate hero of all -- Jesus Christ-- and how God exalted him into the highest place of honor for going to the lowest place possible for our sake. We talk about how the primal, biological emotional drive of anger helps us accomplish hard things, especially when sacrifice is involved, and how Jesus empowers us to go low with Him for victory. We play a big outdoor game, Capture the Flag, and do some other activities around the theme of 'sacrificing' for the win.
